I love my job as a counsellor as it is a privilege to work alongside people, support them and witness change. I truly believe in person-centred as an experienced counsellor and client.

I have a special interest in working outdoors and nature-based therapy. I am currently studying an Ecotherapy course and am, therefore, building on my nature-based practice. This is a brand new website and I am planning on uploading some blogs and articles about ecotherapy. Coming soon...
